So ****ed off. So I cancelled my tv package like 3 months ago, and I realise like last week that they've still been taking out the payment via direct debit. So I contact them and lose my **** and they say sorry about that we'll give you a full refund and that'll be sorted out within 3 days. So not only did they not do that, they've only gone and took out another ****ing payment. Mother****er.
You gotta admit, it's a pretty cagey business strategy.
