Panelist:
"I think that it would be a very bad idea."

Gomert: "I'm just asking if there are any laws. I mean I had a guy from Georgia say we need at least 50 rounds (in a magazine because) that's what it takes to bring down a drone."

Panelist: "Well if someone did it and ended up hurting someone they could be charged with reckless discharge of a firearm."

Gomert: "I understand that, but specifically can you shoot down a drone over your property?"

Chairman: "Fortunately the gentleman's time is up."

Gomert: "Well and I appreciate that Mr. Chairman, since you normally allow people to answer questions that were already asked."

Chairman: "Ok ..... "
lol awesome. ya ud pry get a nice visit from te fbi and possibly be made an example of to stop future shootings of drone aeroplanes

oic, if you think you are in danger of being way under calories, drink a 6 pack.

I dunno anything about their accuracy.

One of the H&F regulars does this religiosly (JonnyFondue?) and seems to like it. I think if you just have a general idea of your maintenance based on your activity level that should be fine. Then you just eat more or less depending on what you want to do. On it's own for someone who's fit it's a nice toy but fancy play syndrome beyond that.

But ya, fredd is right. It's a notorious way for people to cheat themselves out of losing weight, which I suspect is how most people use it.

Most people's problem with losing fat is that they really like eating food. True story.
