oh and i pretty much fainted outside of the gym today. did the roman chair with 35lbs 20x and then felt a head rush comin on so i sat down but it was like still slowly creepin on me and i felt l.ike i needed to puke or maybe **** so i walked to the bathroom, and i had to slide a hand along the wall cause i was having blurred vision and my hearing was gettin all weird, like i could barely hear anything, and i sounded all echoy, but then there were a couple people in the bathroom and i got like kinda anxious cause i could barely walk straight and by this time i was like dripping sweat but my forehead was cold and i was pretty much having a panic attack, so i held onto the wall and found my way out of the gym slowly losing more of my vision and hearing and as soon as i opened the door the sun was right in my eyes and the only thing i saw was a cement parking post so i half fell onto that and used it to guide me to the ground and i just laid there for a few minutes kinda wondering if i was having a stroke, or hearth attack, but i was like no, don't have numbness or chest pain, and then i faded out for a while and remember hoping i would come to soon, and that no one would ask me if i was okay. then i came to and i don't think it was too much later, but i thought i was gonna have to call home for a ride cause it was like i had just been on a 7day bender not eatting anything. pretty sure i was dehydrated cause i remember pissing like a hour before working out and it was really yellow, and i kinda suspect that i have some kinda of something goin on with blood sugar cause it wasn't until i ate something that i got like any mental capacity back, and something too with my blood pressure dropping really low often, and then i also read that light-headedness can be a side effect of sertaline withdrawl, so prob some of that too. that's my official self-diagnosis- a combination of all of those things.

this thing, it think that's what it's called, i just had to look it up cause i didn't know the name of it.



it's good for posture os iirc, like sitting up straighter, but i just do it cause my friend told me it was a good exercise to do for skiing and so i got in the habit of doing it

Just went outside to blow a jizzay and it's pretty rare to get tornadoes like the plains (well I guess pretty rare to get tornadoes at all here) but it's definitely pretty tornado-y out :s

Oh ya, these. I think they're fine as long as you bend at the waist and not your lower back, but a deadlift with good form will probably get better results for more muscle groups
