Louie Gomert (R Texas obv) with the best question by far of the subcommittee hearing:
Gomert: "Is anybody aware of any laws that would prohibit you shooting down a drone in an area in which you are allowed to shoot? If it's over your airspace or your home and it's a private not a government drone."
Panelist: "I think that it would be a very bad idea."
Gomert: "I'm just asking if there are any laws. I mean I had a guy from Georgia say we need at least 50 rounds (in a magazine because) that's what it takes to bring down a drone."
Panelist: "Well if someone did it and ended up hurting someone they could be charged with reckless discharge of a firearm."
Gomert: "I understand that, but specifically can you shoot down a drone over your property?"
Chairman: "Fortunately the gentleman's time is up."
Gomert: "Well and I appreciate that Mr. Chairman, since you normally allow people to answer questions that were already asked."

radical ideologue or juice hedd, what r u thots on heart rate monitors, specifically as a proxy for calories burned durin say biking or bball etc
I see very little value in quantifying exact calories burned for any exercise. Typically people take this data and use it as an excuse to eat more when they are trying to lose weight.
