I was an idiot and a fool and has cost me greatly both in the poker community and in my life. I will do everything in my power to make sure that both the charity money and the money owed is paid back with every cent I have coming in going to paying it back. I will sort out sending payment with lost ostrich and spathic and do so as quickly as possible.

To those that classed me as your poker friend I am sorry for letting you and myself down, I know that people will constantly attack me on here but please know I had never planned this, I didn't have an other motive bar wanting to raise money for the charity that has helped me so much who I have now held back funding for other 3 months.

There is no one to blame bar myself, it wasn't because I was ill etc it was due to my own stupidity and my own dumb choices and I will now do all that's in my power to make sure that every cent owed is paid back ASAP.

The photo isn't congruent with the message is basically what's going on. For the chest day, it shows a very busy mirror/dumbbell area which is totally correct. Yet for the legs day it just shows some random machines, most of which aren't even used for legs which makes no sense. If they showed some empty squat racks it'd be much more logical. Also, they don't "skip leg day", they just skip legs and still show up to the gym, they just do upper body again tho.

hate to be pedantic, but they are effectively missing "leg day", even if they turn up to the gym to do upper body again.
