He crashed on a routine training flight. I don't know what happened. The guy was the base's chief of flying safety.
He also wasn't flying his own plane, which I don't understand.

"Mr. Mayo, I see that you've completed all of your CCAF requirements. Would you like to be nominated for graduation?"
