It's per punchline to try to reduce delivery bias, but yeah. He is slow but has knockout punchlines whereas Louis talks more constantly and doesn't really have noticeable punchlines as much as he has just constantly funny stuff with the occasional knockout.

Also I have no idea how they measure "fullness". I guess frequency or pitch os. I mean you probably get it but it's so that one dude laughing really loud << lots of people laughing slightly less loud.

I had never heard of it until I saw a documentary called "Comedian" I think which is not all that fantastic imo but it shows how ******edly competent Louis CK is and how it's a craft for him and also an interview with Carlos Mencia who gives his explanation as to why his actions are justified. I still disagree with him, but it was cool to hear his point of view.
