The people I shot guns with yesterday don't drink at all. I need to start hanging around less drunks like them and I'll be happier. I have grown to hate drinking.

I spent 9 months in Germany, and loved the hefeweizen there. I haven't ever had a good American one, although some have been close to acceptable (I think Kellerweis by Sierra Neveda was the only one I thought had a good hefeweizen taste...pyramid's one is WOAT) Not sure if it's the german no-filtering thing or if the breweries here are just going for something different.
