Not if they are funny. They may take a beat down but if they are funny they will still do what they do. We want to be entertained and we have a short memory. Look at professional athletes. They can do some pretty atrocious things with little consequence because they entertain us.

I have never seen a Tosh stand up so I have no clue if he is funny outside of his show but if he is this will be just a blip on his radar.

I guess he COULD lose his show but if he is good he will find another outlet.
