That's not the norm, though. A couple teams breakout and a couple teams collapse, but look at the division winners in the 2000s. Every single division has had one team that has won at least 5 teams. The NFL has little parity imo (at least not as much as everyone makes it out to have).

I really wish I could say the Bengals, but I don't think they can have 2 not terrible years in a row. Winning record last year means ~2-14 this year.
It's really difficult ever to go against Manning, but I'm gonna give him a one year buffer and say they don't make the playoffs until next year.
