You already know how to do it and you explained how in your previous post. Brown the meat on med to med-high heat ( I usually salt+pepper the meat and use some olive oil in the pan here, but I don't think it's necessary), drain the meat (or keep it if you're not worried about a few extra calories), put the pan back on the stove at low heat/simmer, add in a cup of water and mix the seasonings. Stir regularly.
