Also... asking the business to set priorities when we are at capacity is also saying no.

As is asking for more information to know exactly wtf they expect us to do.

- I work with a collection of morons
- We have no process/controls
- The people who get things done are held accountable for failure, but nobody else is

I am going to take a month or two off and decide what comes next. Really not wanting to rush back into another bad situation though.

It really sucks because the company could do some amazing things with the small group of good people they have, but we/they are all busy covering for the hordes of stupid people.
