I find it quite important in a job to have time to be able to daydream about stuff without it affecting the quality of your work. That's why I hate multitabling poker.

We have been discussing this for about 2 years now actually. They have had zero luck getting people to take work off my plate.

They did manage to take about 10% of my work away and gave it to 3 people. I still have to fix/clean up about every other week or so.
