I had that and paid £80 to get it fixed, but then someone told me I could've fixed it myself if I knew anything whatsoever.

Not really honestly it depends how long its been rooting around your system, there is a point where even i wouldn't bother trying to clean it.

Thats a list thats individual per PC, there are plenty of common ones but the newer viri and spywares hide them selves as the known "good" process.

After you run malware bytes and avg get an infected list and you can send it to me and I will tell you how bad it really is. , just the names of wat i finds "backdoor.bethass.s1" <while I am making fun it will actually say something close to this>

Check your running process for "odd names" stuff like "SDF@#$asf.exe" etc etc
If you really feel to overwhelmed I can remote in and fix it for you
