also ive found that 99.99999999999% of drivers slam on their breaks to come to normal stops, dont use their blinkers, and dont look both ways or even in front of them really while driving

for legal purposes imo. most states laws say you should be riding 3 feet from the curb if there is no bike lane so its like almost never ur fault.

They probably talk about it a lot in the actual research, the problem is the outlets where most people get the information from don't talk about it and most people who read the articles have never taken an advanced stats class.
