The work from so many places but maybe the most important being Martin Seligman is that depression really is as depression does. If you move. You get less depressed. If you move faster, you get still less depressed. If you can mock a genuine smile, (with the eyes squinted and insides of the eyebrows pulled down as well), you get much less depressed within a minute. If you do heavy compound multi-joint training or metabolic training that drastically affects EPOC...you get far less depressed within like an hour...as opposed to two weeks later for the serum level to become therapeutic from SSRI's.

Amazing stuff. Nobody needs to tell me about how crippling it can be. But, it really can be changed quickly with no negative side effects for the vast majority of patients.
Not sure if srs or trolling?

Oh yeah, that was awesome. I was still playing ball and I was impressed and inspired.

i'm not even a pacers fan, but him scoring 8 points in 9 seconds was one of sickest things I ever saw

Game seven. Knicks by six. 20 seconds to play. Reggie makes the three, knocks over Greg Anthony to steal the inbound pass, runs behind the three point line, makes the three. Some moran fouls Starks. Starks bricks both free throws. Reggie rebounds and some moran fouls him. Reggie nails them both. Knicks get the ball to Ewing at the top of the key. Ewing drives the lane like a man possessed, makes space for himself, goes up for a dunk but his weak knees don't give him the elevation, so he has to lay it up. He misses. Ball game.

That game was 17 goddamn years ago, and I still remember this entire sequence VIVIDLY. I was an 8yo kid. I totally told my Dad "Starks is going to miss these" since Starks had shat the bed the entire game.

Probably the best game between teams I hate that I've ever seen.

Hell. He would kick his legs out and get the call. Even as a Pacer fan I thought those calls were bs. I think the fouls actually should have been on him

He's got that whiny ass titty baby voice. And he's always the victim of everything, Tim Duncan-style. And he is just douchey. HE JUST IS.

Every single human being on the planet Earth who is not from Indiana realizes that Reggie Miller is a douchebag.

He had that little leg kick on his jumpers which was way more tilting. And he was always using them dirty little elbows on defense, and he never got called for it. **** that guy.

Well, I don't know proper shot-putting technique, so I'm not qualified to assess his jump shot form.

And it didn't take much of a push to make Anthony fall down. He was going down anyway.

What what about this Jordan fellow you idolize? I happen to remember a famous play he made in game six vs the Jazz where he may have pushed off.
