i hate running b/c my lungs suck ..im gnna start lifting and just things like pushups/pullups to work on my arms, and need to work no my thighs and calves.. and work on my grip strength also
cardio wouldnt hurt tho but i hate it
i seriously got my ass kicked riding this weekend .
