I was not in the hand so I might not get every detail right preflop, but postflop is correct.

EP Limp, MP raise to $30, V calls from CO, Hero calls from BTN with T9s, EP folds.

Hero has about $700, villain covers.

Flop($97): Td9d4c

MP bets $70, CO calls, Hero raises to $250, MP folds, CO jams all in for about $450 more.

Hero folds

Thoughts?

I think I call T9 and fold 44.

Raise folding top two on this board is pretty bad.

I'm raise calling the flop. Villain's line here is like textbook
strong draw. you're going to see 2 broadway diamonds or A4dd here the vast majority of the time.

1) no reads at all
2) not even your hand.
3) easiest call ever of all time. 450 to win 1120... CO has draws a lot, if he slowplayed a set on a board this wet he is a moron, AND there are only 5 combos of sets because you have blockers, AND even if he has 3 of the 5 combos you have 4 outs to suck out. He must have shown up wth a set for you to think this is threadworthy.

conclusion:
[ ] interesting

Villain had AdKd, but yeah you guys are right folding 44 or T9 would be dumb. I was just trying to think of which draws call jam like this as opposed to raising MP but there are probs more than enough Adxd that he might take this line with to make calling profitable.

If you see my first response I basically called his hand except I would expect to see A4dd or KQdd alot more often than AK because I would expect that hand to 3 bet pf.

But 3 ways on a wet board when you are blocking TT and 99 especially, villain is just about never flatting a set in this spot 3 ways being OOP vs one opponent.

once button raises villain is just going to gii rather than call.
