Does anybody know/have any good resources videos/articles anything on fr straddle game strategy? if it's for poker master in particular alot better! but at the moment Im not 100% confident in my strategy for minimizing losses in blinds/straddle.

my strategy as it stands rn

My open range from SB is usually 25% (play it like its CO open) play it this tight since we are oop getting called alot in these game in particular and getting 3bet is pretty regular here.

My SB call range vs BTN or CO (depending on opener) is supertight mostly since bb/straddle 3bet is likely so around 10% call some of which will be 3bets mostly depending on player i can 3bet 5% of that range sometimes larger range vs fold to 3bet as an exploitive play or ill add more value cards if btn is too liberal with opening 50% and just calling every 3bet (and if players behind arnt to crazy) i can 3bet 1/3 of his range being for example here 16% for value.

BB vs Straddle open range I play as a non straddle game pretty much stealing all the time for the most part but if im being more cautious 47% here.

callings vs btn depends on there opening range, but if Straddle 3bet isn't to aggressive I'll usually call just as much as I open from btn being 50%, if button only opens a 30% range Ill mirror it and mix in 3bets also

Straddle Play this position I really struggle to know stratergy wise. I play it pretty much the same as BB but not sure how to play it other than a BB strategy

BB vs Straddle and vice versa is gonna play basically identically to SB vs BB with the obvious fact that there's 0.5bb dead in the middle which should mean you're opening a bit more from the bb and he's defending a bit wider from the straddle but nothing to worry about.

BTN range you should be opening somewhere between a BTN open and CO open range but realistically if you're not getting 3bet very aggressively like in most live games then you can get away with still opening wide OTB.

SB range is by far the hardest to play and the spot I'm least familiar with. I'm playing a similar strategy to you, raise or fold while opening a slightly wider than CO range (not wider by much). If I studied the spot more I think I'd opt for limping my whole range, especially if 200bb+ effective (obviously counting the straddle as the "bb") with both the BB and Straddle. The "GTO" solution to the SB spot is probably going to be a mix of raising and a mix of limping but it's gonna be a lot easier/simpler for us humans to raise or fold/limp or fold.

Note: My games are time raked so limping makes a lot more sense. If you're playing in a high rake LLSNL game it probably doesn't make sense to incorporate a limping strategy in any of the blinds.

Moving to timeraked games, people dont really seem to chop, and i have been running into the issue of feeling completely ill prepared for even normal blind battle (much less SB vs straddle). Calling from the BB vs SB is different than calling a CO raise from the button because if youre facing the same range as the CO, you can be wayyyyy wider from the BB, because you close the action and because you have pot odds, which also presumably means they should be pretty tight. (Raising 47% is complete suicide.). So its a completely different range youre playing, and they may be tighter than the CO wouldve been. It seems like its closer to something like a MP range facing BB’s calling range facing a button raise, but also the BB is IP. It semes very different.

WRT straddle, at least at my game, my SB is $5 and the straddle is $25, i just dont see a lot of point getting involved OOP with 2 players left to act when youre only in for 1/5th of the straddle, so i have to this point played tight, although i didnt consider playing a wider range as a limp. It seems like limping aces is bad, it probably checks back a lot, and i feel like L/RR OOP facing a tight raising range would be hard to balance. You maybe could have the normal raising range, anf then just profitibly limp the top of your folding range (presumably things like low PPs or AJo or whatever) from the SB if V doesnt play with you enough to know your SB limping range.
