What do you think OMC's cold sb 4 bet range is (I think it's AA, KK, maybe AK suited, maybe AK, maybe QQ)? With all of the kings accounted for, I think you're going to get to look at quad Aces quite a bit. When he doesn't have quad Aces, is OMC going to call a shove with AQ (which he quite possibly can't have)?

So AQ or JJ isn't in this guys' range here? Just AA or QQ at this point? I guess you just have to call if that's the case since he's folding everything but AA to a shove. Him checking both streets is odd though, you think he'd try to get some value if he did flop quads.

Are you really lost with quad kings otr? If you really think he's only capable of cold 4betting with aces, you should have folded pre not otr with quads ("OMC" is used so generally these days you need to define his range more that that. In other words, if he's just an old unknown guy with a coffee in front of him, he's not an OMC). My 5/10 games have a bbj I would be fist pump jumping out of my seat calling as fast as I can (probably jamming and getting called by AK, esp if you have an aggressive image. You think he's checking twice with quads?).

I’ve seen enough OMC’s that literally only have aces there to accept the fact that I’m paying him off with my quad Kings there.
