I think we need to just count our hand combos that get here this way and determine from that what we should be calling with. Though arguably AK makes a better call here than JJ (I say arguably because while JJ is a bad hand to have in this spot due to the J9s blockers, sometimes he has like A4cc and all we do is chop when we call, though jamming A4cc here seems unlikely from vil POV).
I do think a competent opp will use this sizing with 88 or 3x here at a reasonable frequency, though.
