Live 5/10
Just sat and no real history with V.
V - old Asian lady, 2k stack, passive
Hero - 1600 stack
MP2 - old Israeli guy, abc , passive
2 limps. Hero ISOs with Kc 9c in HJ to 60.
V snap calls in BB. MP2 limper calls.
Flop: K 10 8 (rainbow)
MP2 check. Hero bet 130. V snap calls. MP2 folds.
Turn: 7
Hero ...? Double barrel or is better to check turn and go for 1/2 pot value bet on river ?

As played check turn. Can consider checking or betting smaller on flop.

Don't think you want to play this turn as a pure bet or check either option is fine

How many worse hands does she call with? Is she peeling tx, 8x, aq, aj? Are j9 and 97 in her range? Ratty suited kings?
If not you are looking at mostly better made hands and qj.
Would consider triple-barrel if it folds kq,kj, ak(doubtful) but evidence is required. Snap call generally is not top of the range as opposed to more deliberation so that is the main case for the triple-lines.
