Bet $50 for value with 2nd pair and a gut shot against 2 opponents.

Would bet flop for equity denial and value, like 60% pot.

Threeway I think I agree as we gain equity denial vs two ranges and that's what I did do. What felt a bit off was that potentially without 78s, 55/66 in our utg rz range I would want to be ch flop a lot hu vs the BTN with a range disadvantage but then threeway I was instead betting.

Do you think HU vs the btn is this often a ch vs a reg readless?

seems like a good flop to check your entire range

I don’t love checking because BTNs will stab when checked to with like their entire range and its just so hard for us to call down with our particular hand (though I don’t mind doing it with like AA)

I’m not worried about being balanced in this spot though I absolutely have small pp and 78s in my UTG range

We are 300bb/200bb multiway oop (vs one player) on the most dynamic board possible with a range disadvantage vs both players.

You could maybe mix in betting sets/87 (if we have those) and good draws and checking then sometimes but personally I'm just checking my whole range here.

Also our specific hand doesn't play great as a bet imo. The benefit of equity denial does not outweigh the downsides of likely x raises/calls from BTN and then lack of playability. It's likely our 77 blocker isn't even going to be valuable by the river. It plays ok as a flop x/c vs BTN looking to turn it into a bluff on specific run outs and also has good sdv

playability wise check plays best (u can almost always call down twice and then consider bluffcatching river). equity denial is not that relevant when ranges are fairly symmetric like in this spot.

Cbetting a connected non-Ace high board into two players is no bueno and is asking for trouble. Check/call any reasonable sized bet HU.

Checking 100% is a helluva lot better than how most TAG pros play this spot, but we still have a range advantage heavy with hands that really prefer to protect here against two players (namely: TT+). I'd start our betting range with TT-QQ and add from there as needed. Then add some sets, then some bluffs that are strong enough they continue to a raise, then you can start to add some of our best bluffs that aren't good enough to x/c.

I wouldn't put 77/88 in any of those categories, club or no club, but a bot probably mixes.
