5-10 full ring. hero running good, has won 2 pots vs villain including one he folded river OOP after 3betting pre. Villain is pro. Hardly played with him before though so no real reads.

Stacks 4k effective.

Weak player limps. Hero 50 in CO. Villain 170 BB. Limper folds. Hero calls.

What hands should we raise here?

2p+ though we don't really get to river with this line and 2p+ very often.

You would raise 97 here? What hands do you bluff? I agree that we rarely get to river with 2pair since we bet 2pair mostly on the turn.

I'd definitely like minraise/fold 97 here

I wouldn't get here with many bluffs bc I'm betting them on turn mostly. I might check Axss behind on turn with some frequency depending on villain

For value 77, 10 8, 9 7

Bluffs Q 10, some not all K high flush draws.

The villains range seems KK, QQ heavy going for thin value so I wouldn't raise much, maybe to 1100 with both value and bluffs.

None. Because every value hand that we would raise on this river, we would have bet on the turn (or maybe raised on the flop), so we can't have any (except maybe T8s if villain checks turn in this spot a lot with hands that hit the A).
