I think pf you need to make it bigger oop. I would say 140-70.
Your raise size pf makes the flop harder to play as villains range is wide because of your small sizing. I think you have to inc 9T and 44 in Vs limp call range. If I had made it 160 I would be quite happy to call or get it in. I think a lack of a pfr suggests 99 and TT are not in the range, and a bigger pfr would have removed some of the hands that connect with this flop (44,9T). I would then feel pretty confident we are up against a FD or a bluff.
