So there is some interest in having a game this year (like we did often in the past). I'm down with that but also busy as hell, so this thread is my contribution to organizing...

On Sunday, July 1 at 8 pm I will start the following game at an undisclosed Vegas card room that gets it (floor guy is legit).

8-max 1-2-5 Dealer's Choice: NL, PLO or PLO Flip

$200-$500 buyin

*Flip amount is up to the button and anyone can sit out (no one does though ime)

*Drinking is obv unless you are on the wagon

At midnight those who want to keep playing with me will have to play something bigger lol. I'm down for half and half these days if need be (suck at PLO and NL Deuce but happy to play them along with NL).

We ended up just playing 1/2/5 nl/plo till like 2am

Pretty much always straddled to 40. Often straddled beyond 40. 320 was the record. Your classic 9 blind 1/2/5/10/20/40/80/160/320 game

I turned a royal flush all in 4 ways in plo and rivered a straight flush hu in plo like 15 minutes later cuz thats how daddy does it

Well one guy drank so much all he could say on rotation was "Pot!" and "Who let the dogs out!". Netstorm sat in the Crush Live Poker meet up game next to us for an hour before realizing he was at the wrong table. He came to our table, played well, promptly got stuck 2k, but I think won. Seat 1 got stuck 2k promptly and won heaps. AALegend ran garbage but was a stone trooper about it. Sean made some sort of straight flush after going all in every time I looked up. My high stakes friend who is Asian was using a fake Asian accent the entire night. He lost 10kish and his smile (or goofy accent) never wavered. Onedollars won like fourthousanddollars. He also had the best slow rolls and won I think ~8/8 flips. Both girls booked easy wins. I even booked a lil W when it was all said and done. Who let the dogs out bluffed off like 2500 to me in one plo hand .

Oh yeah, and some Westgate reg sat at the end and I have no idea how he did because I was approaching coma level after one wine, 3 moscow mules, and 75 bud lights...

It was fun. Don't know how to keep the game small. Never happens. As Sean said the average hand was 1-2-5-10-20-40-80.
