Not jamming on the river but just calling ! all his actions shows strength , what is more profitable here for you with 4.5 .... ! Calling is the best option for sure , no point of risking your $$ for a risky played pot.

Calling for sure ! no point of jamming , your opponent is showing mostly strength here.And 150$ is a joke on the river for free info and to maybe win if he is trying to bluff you out of the flush he hasn't made .
