Flopped set of q's. Should I jam turn?

Just sat down for 2nd hand of the session so no reads on villains other than appearence. Both are older white males which led me to believe they were on the tighter side.
9 handed
Villain 1utg +2- 60's white male. (170) to start the hand.
Villain 2 co-60's white male. (250)
Hero utg-just sat down with (300)
Preflop- hero raises to 15 with qcqd. Only villain 1 and villain 2 call.
Flop (48) ah qs 10c
Hero bets 30. Villain 1 calls quickly. Villain 2 folds.
Turn (108) 7h
What should I do here? Villain has 125 left. Should I jam here?

$50 is probably ok. But villain depending we can jam for value. You get a lot more folds than you'd like though.

Agree w/ IRTM, i’m Milking it in over two streets instead of jamming turn. Should be way more profitable.

Tight villains might fold ak/aj to a jam but end up calling it off over 2. I think 75-80 is right, even though it feels awful when villain shoves the river when 4 to a straight comes
