In this particular turn having a 7 in your hand would probably be better than T9, but it's not terrible if you can have 79 here.
If you're getting c/r a lot seems like you're picking the wrong turns to bluff? I mean ideally we want to bluff cards that are good for our range and bad for villains which sort of protects us from getting c/r a lot (or should) except by really strong hands.
If you're going to have a lot of bluffs ott and you have the value bets to balance I would think a larger sizing would be better to increase fold equity and give more value to your valuebets.
