No? We didn't re-open the action; BB still could raise behind us if we call the 300. That being said, I don't think raising the turn was the right play, but not because the raise reopened the action. In fact, given how this hand played out, if we call 300, it's likely we'd be in the exact same situation, just with 700 more in our stack - BB didn't decide to backraise our 1K raise but would've called 300 otherwise.

As played, I'd sigh fold the river. What hands would the straddle 4-bet shove an extra 700 on top of a 2K 3-bet here? He knows he has 0 fold equity, and he's not scared of one of you 2 having a T, so he likely has JT. At worst he has Tx of spades and is also drawing to a flush, but he's not doing this with just a flush draw, so best case scenario is we chop 80% of the time and lose the other 20%.

And we still have BB to worry about. Sure he might spaz out and raise with something silly, but you say he is mostly a tight passive player; I think in general, counting on someone to be making a play way against their normal style because you've seen it once or twice is a mistake. BB almost definitely has a T, maybe JT, or maybe he's the one with Tx of spades, but I don't see you doing better than a chop against either opponent, and you might be getting crushed.

(Take my advice with a grain of salt; I'm a total donk, lol, but I am trying to analyze the game at a higher level.)

I don't even understand how someone can make the mistake of raising this turn. Must have been a misclick.
