I recently downloaded the trail version and I play on Stars. I'm not having any difficulty getting PT3 running, but the Hud and hand import only works for4-5 hands before stopping. Suggestions much appreciated!!!

You probably haven't configured it properly. PT3 can import a limited number of observed hands per session so you need to have configured Stars to write hand histories otherwise only those few observed hands will be imported.
