Opened PT3, ticked off [ ] full tilt and [ ] 0.10NL on the left, clicked "start search."
After search completed, sorted by avg bb/100, found a table ("Beauty", specifically) and double-clicked that table.

Keep in mind that some sites are required to be launched through PokerTracker in order for the table opening to work properly.
You may also need to adjust the lobby filters at the site so the tables being launched are visible in the table list.
First I corrected my filters to make sure that table "Beauty" was, in fact, visible from the table list. Tried relaunching via TT, no luck.
I then closed FullTilt, went back to TT, tried to launch "Beauty", same error message.
