I recently bought the micro stakes edition, and have an issue of it locking on imports after a while when I multi table with auto-import. I also get a prompt momentarily telling me I must wait it out 30 minutes to auto-import again. What gives?

Is this a result of PokerStars recent datamining policy?

That's only for observed hands; so long as you have Stars set to save hand histories and PT3 looking in the correct directory, you can import as many played hands as you would like.
