I have a problem with changing HUD profiles during a game. I configured myself a HUD profile for HUsngs but it's always badly loaded when I try to change my HUD profile during a game. PT3 load completely different profile than the one I configured.
So, I can obviously have just one HUD profile for cash and one for tournaments (which include HUsngs, 9-man SNGs and MTTs) which is pretty bad for me.


Second problem with my PT3 is it's loading of my results. I can't follow my game results with PT3 cause it doesn't write the results properly. Everything is OK with reading hand histories, but not with the results. When playing SNGs on Ultimate Bet I don't have any results loaded with my PT3, and the similar stuff is happening when playing HUsngs on Full Tilt when just some results are tracked and some are not (for the same type of games).

These are pretty big problems for me because I don't see the point of tracking my game with PT3 if every 10th option is working for me. I could really appreciate some help to make it work properly because I'm a pretty big fan of PT3 and like it more than your competition software, but I can hardly continue using it if the problems remain.

If your tables are recognized as heads up (2 max) then you can change the profile and then PT-icon > Change Profile > Use Current As Default on this Table Type (or whatever the option is).
If your tables aren't being recognized as 2 max you need to enable the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' option in your Auto Import Preferences.

Thanks for the suggestion but my HUD profile is badly loaded every time.
I could use the option "Use Current As Default on this Table Type" if the HUD is working properly but it isn't. Only default HUD profiles work good, any other user configured profiles are not loaded well. When I want to use my new HUD profile it doesn't show me any of the stats I configured it to show.

Are you certain you created the groups to display on the table for everyone and to display the stats you want to see? What are you seeing instead of what you expect to see?

I see a default HUD which I changed a bit but PT3 does not show the changed stats. Then I made a new HUD profile trying to solve the problem that way, I added stats that I want, and when I load that specific new profile PT3 loads the default one again.
So, make it short, I cannot create any HUD profile or load it properly. PT3 always shows me the default HUD profile (even though I slightly changed the default one but it still do not load those changed stats).

Also, I don't mind about Cereus, but PT3 doesn't load my Full Tilt results either. Some of them yes, some of them don't.

I really like your software, but it is just not useful for me right now. I can't change any stats in my HUD and make them be displayed and I can't track my own game because the results are not completely tracked.

I would be very grateful if you could help me because I don't want to get rid of my PT3, I'm kinda emotionally connected with it lol.

Are you certain you're changing the profile via the PT Icon on the table (PT Icon --> Change Profile --> choose the profile you want to see)?

If you are, please report this problem so that we can investigate further for you; that is definitely not normal.

Yes, I' certain. I just can't load any HUD profiles normally.
Few moments ago I uninstalled my PT3 and PostgreSQL and now I'm installing both from the beginning. I'll write here if the same problems remain. I hope they won't.

I uninstalled PT3 and PostgreSQL and installed them again. The problem remains.
So I took some screenshots so you can easily see what's bothering me.

As you can see a "default tournament" HUD profile isn't loaded as it should be, it doesn't show stats as configured.



When I turn on my HUsng profile just to test it, the HUD remains the same one even the stats configured in PT3 are very much different then those displayed.



You can see that in this photo below.

Please reproduce this with logging enabled and attach the logs to a support ticket as explained here - the log files will give us significantly more information about what is going on behind the scenes in PT3 and we should be able to figure out what is going on from them.

You appear to have edited the "Flop Statistics" group, which is a popup group, not the group that is shown on the table.
If you want to change what is shown on the table you need to change the "Player Stats" group.

Thanks, my mistake, I really couldn't figure out what am I doing wrong but totally forgot to change that "Flop stats" to "Player stats".
