You can do this for cash games right now in our latest Beta version, just enable Session Statistics on the graph and add a custom stat for "Amount Won w/rakeback" that you can download from our repository.

Which graph do you mean? As I said for cash games, you can do this now by adding the session statistics Amount Won w/Rakeback and we are planning to add this feature to the tournament graph as well.

I'm running 3.06.2. Perhaps this is a 3.07 feature?

On the cash games > graphs tab there are checkboxes for various options. I expect to see a checkbox to draw a winnings + rakeback line.

Yes, this is a 3.07.1 feature. 3.07.1 is pretty stable at this point, so upgrading shouldn't cause any problems for you.
