Hya, I've created a separate database for this month, will it be possible to merge this with my main database, or shall I just import the hh again in my main database and discard the alt?

No, you can't merge databases, but you can import the HH again.
You will want to remove the other database, though - if you use both in the HUD you will get double stats.
