It's so annoying that I have to wait for a long time to load all the hands I played when I start the Auto import.

Is it possible to create a database where the hands are in and not to wait for all the hands I auto imported before?

You can set PT3 to move your imported hands to a different directory after they've been imported and then PT3 won't need to read them each time it starts up. See the Tutorial: Auto Import Settings for a more detailed explanation.
