This morning when I fired up PT3 (v3.00 beta30.10) the Omaha section was greyed out and asked for me to register.

I went to My Registration Codes on your web site and copy and pasted it and it said "Invalid Registration Code"

I then noticed a new version 3.06 had been released so I downloaded it and tried to install it but Avira kept giving a malware Trojan warning and wouldn't allow me to install it (TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen).

I then reinstalled v3.00 beta30.10 and tried the code again but it still said invalid.

I then saw that you were now charging for the Omaha version which I have been using so I decided to use the 60 day trial to see if I will stick with Omaha and may purchase in the future.
It told me to reboot PT3 after I pressed the Free Trial button which I did and it created a new Database.

So it now appears I have a trial version of everything and I've lost my database. When I try to do anything in Database Management it says I can't as it's a trial version.

So:

1) How do I get my database back?
2) Why does my registration code not work?

To get your databases back go to Database > Database Management, click New and 'Browse to existing database'.

Tried this but it says it's a trial version.

My registration code from your website keeps saying it's invalid.

I also posted this in the PT forums which you have also replied too. May be better to keep all correspondence to this thread now to avoid confusion.

I've also submitted a ticket.

I've tried My Account > Registration Codes and it's still invalid.

Don't think Firewall's the problem as I'm playing now using the trial version and it's working ok.

Losing my database isn't a disaster as I still have my last 3 years worth of hand histories saved.
