I'm not sure why, but PT is failing to import nearly 70% of my Pokerstars hands. Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do about it? I don't seem to have changed any settings, its PT version 2.

Which version are you using?

Check this thread for a PT2 PokerStars patch that was released in May after PokerStars made some changes to their hand histories.
