Having problems with auto-import

Well at first I couldnt auto-import, I was available to manual import, figuring I got it, I tried to auto-import. I have done everything I was told to do when it comes to configuring the saved hands on both sites and it seems I cant get it.
Anyone willing to help me out?

Please see the Configuration Guide for your site on our documentation page - it should walk you through everything you need to do in order to get auto import working.

The config guides on that page should tell you everything you need to get hands importing but you could check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 too.

If you still can't get hands importing please report your problem and tell us what site you're playing at and whether the hand history files are being written as you play.
