EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: FTP client bug, not PT3's fault?

DETAILS:

Last night I was playing when I noticed hands were no longer importing.

first I restarted PT3 thinking it as to blame but that didn't fix the problem.

Then I looked at the actual HH file in a text editor. The last hand in the file had a timestamp that was 20 minutes before a bunch of hands I had played.

Finally I tried restarting the FTP client and presto, it appears that PT3 found all those hands that were missing from the previous 20 minutes along with the hands I was currently playing.

All this time the HUD continued to be displayed on my active tables.

I have had this happen too.
It usually occurs if I get disconnected.
Full Tilt grabs the file somehow I wasnt even able to open it with notepad until I closed the client.
May be PT tho Im still using 30.6

Also have the problem with the HUD not coming up in a Tourney if I am moved to another table and the 1st one doesnt close. This may have been fixed not sure.
Usually if I stop, restart auto import it fixes this prob.

Full Tilt locks the HH files while the lobby is open - PT3 should still be able to read from them, but if there is a problem in Full Tilt maybe they get locked for writing too and aren't getting written to.
