I opened my Poker Tracker and it is saying "error connecting to default database. Please select one of the valid databases below or create a new one."

I can't open either of my current databases and when I try to create a new one I get this message;

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database:
name of database
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274d/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

um... what?

Do you have PostgreSQL installed on your machine? That error tends to occur when PostgreSQL was previously installed on a machine but no longer is. You'll need to reinstall it in order for PokerTracker 3 to function properly.
