What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar of PT3)
If it's not Beta 30.8 please update.
Download page
PT3 Build History / Release Notes

To clear the duplicates do File > Setup Wizard; this will import and move all of your existing hand history files.
Then make sure that the 'move processed files to' option is enabled. Tutorial: Using Auto Import

If you still get the import errors please report your problem so that we can investigate.

Yes, it's Beta 30.8

It's not the first time I use PT3 - I have it since 2009. I use it a lot at PokerStars, Full Tilt. I don't have such problems there - no duplicates, nothing at all.

I think it's because of gold chip tournaments or something like that. but I used to have such things when I imported real money ring game hands.

The setup wizard should move those files for you.
Please see the Tutorial - Preventing Duplicates for an explanation, although that was written before the setup wizard was introduced so you don't need to do it manually now.

If you still can't get it working correctly then report your problem.
