I just updates to 30.9 and I'm having a couple problems with the HUD. I get the icons at the top of every table but the HUD only works on 1 or 2 tables. I'm running the trial version so I thought this might be some limit imposed because I haven't bought it but I didn't have that problem before the update.

Also, hero stats aren't showing up in the HUD despite "player stats" being set to "show on table for everyone". This was also working before the update

i got pretty much the same problem. My hud just works for like 11 hands than it shuts down and wont reload the stats. Very weird.
I asked the support site but they dont reply.
i really need to get this fixed as i cant play without a functional HUD.

If you go to the ticket on your My Tickets page you can see the reply. It was emailed to you as well but it's possible it got caught in a spam filter.

If you're still having problems with the HUD not showing up, please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file found at /Users/*username*/Documents/PokerTracker, to this support ticket prior to restarting PT3.
