Thank you guys for your comments!
I realized that I didn't include one important point in my thoughts...
My social life!
I'm back in my home town for two weeks now (and I'll leave in a few days again) and I need to see all my friends and family... i love them and they make me feel good (which leads to another point: to have a balanced mind in order to play a good game)...
What all that means: I'm not even close to reach my goals for March...
But I won't give up and I'll keep going!
Cheers!

* Hands: 25'000
* Good table selection (weak opponents, etc)
* 3betting more hands pf and play more aggressive against weak opponents
* 2 Tournaments a day
* If there is not enough action --> analysing river play with poker stove; and/or go through some different board textures; review my hands; watching poker videos
I'll be aware of:
taking breaks after two hours playing, e.g. Stand up, drink sth, go outside, do some exercise.
quitting opponents who doesn't suck (regardless which amount I've already lost)
tilting and realizing it early enough
yep! that's it!
