Seems like it's all coming up Wynn- with Alon falling apart, the price of the land had to be pretty good. Certainly a better deal than it was prior to Alon's plans.

Also makes we wonder, since Alon was fronted by Steve Wynn's ex-wife's nephew, how much he was expecting the whole thing would fall apart and being able to swoop in and pick up the land cheap.

It'd be funny if Paradise Park was just a charade to make it look like they weren't interested in the land.

This could be a huge development for Wynn as they could build their first Resort across the street and essentially block Resorts World's view of the south strip - those sly villains!
