The Wynn *does* attract some of the better regs for sure for the very reason that you're deep and opponents mistakes can be very costly. So a lot of 2-5 regs come down to play fish at 1-3. And because of it, out of all the 1-2 and 1-3 games on strip the wynn 1-3 has the most 3-betting and stuff like that going on- which a lot of people like to avoid.... Again, the fish do get deep though so if you're comfortable playing in a high-variance game then go for it. Aria and Bellagio you get a good mix of rich fish and 2-5 regs that dont bother playing 1-3 for the 300 buy-in.
