Hubby has a conference Sunday through Tuesday. We are heading out tomorrow afternoon and will get to the room 10ish. Staying at the Elara.

The only plans right now are a cheesy timeshare update for which we receive a breakfast buffet and $100 VISA card, plus 20% off at Hilton Grand spots. Well worth it for less than an hour of our time It's Saturday at 10:15 a.m., so it gets us up and out the door.

We will probably play a few tournaments -- maybe on Saturday and then Tuesday evening or Wednesday. I'll be playing solo Sunday through Tuesday. Please look for me at Aria -- usually drinking wine or champagne and playing 1/2 or 2/5 PLO or 1/3 - 2/5 NLHE, maybe 5/10. No food plans yet, but might do Thai or a AYCE sushi place. We will be Ubering.

We bought a "used" timeshare many years ago for about a quarter of what you would pay "new." It's been pretty awesome, actually. It's Hilton Grand, so we use points and can stay in lots of places, although we basically just use it in Vegas. These timeshare "reviews" have never lasted longer than an hour, so I'll take that bet, wsopfinaltable

Obligatory roll and shoes (for luck -- I know you guys don't care about women shoes! And I go for comforts in vegas, although I will throw in a pair of heels. The Hokas are strictly for exercise.)

LOL. We are downsizing (if anyone is in the market for a 10-acre farm, pm me), and I just got rid of about 60 pairs of shoes (and almost as many coats, plus about 30 dresses). Way more to get rid of, but it's tough. I love some of them! Vegas is all about comfort, though.

Doubt we'll make it to Aria tonight, but look for us tomorrow. GL!

I've been to several of the Rheingau and Rheinhessen wineries (same growing area, the largest in Germany) on their list and all of them are exceptional.

First class on the first, short, leg was nice. A little chardonnay and then prosecco in the Delta lounge. Waiting for flight attendants to arrive so we can board to Vegas. Comfort for now. Hope to get upgraded.

Comfort is great on a long flight on a big plane. A little sad to see some slot machines turned off at baggage claim, but the women in the hotel lobby did not disappoint. Welcome to Vegas.

GLGL. 1 hour forty five is my guesstimate for the timeshare. Never would do it myself! Love the ladies pic in the lobby. Pics at the timeshare sales push or it did not happen

Shoot. I wish I had taken pictures. It is an owner's update and they're trying to upsell us. It did actually take more than an hour! But barely. They showed us some of the new suites. We're going to get one next year for the middle son's 21st birthday. We actually got really lucky on what we bought. We will never buy more, but what we bought is worth about three times what we paid for it.

Spent $100 gift card on lunch with a bottle of wine. Not great food but my husband loves the Brazilian steak places so we went to the one in miracle mile. Ate too much. Then headed over to Aria and got in the 1/2 PLO pretty quickly. Hubby was down quite a bit but he was playing terribly. I lost a $500 buy-in on gambling. I did talk the table into a bomb pot and bluffed a set with the nut flush Ace in my hand.

I just ran to target, marshalls, and Ross trying to find white t-shirts and shorts for my husband. He did not pack well. His conference starts today so I'm heading over to Aria soon. More pictures I promise.

Forgot to mention that drink service was the best it's been at the Aria in a long time. Also saw one of the worst pillow players I've ever seen. He played 90% of hands and called for the second and third nuts every time. I never got a piece. Been playing for about an hour now. Got my first champagne. Cheers!

This is the quietest PLO table I have ever sat at. We got one bomb pop with four players. I got incredibly lucky on the turn and hit a gutshot and got paid. The new players won't do bomb pots.
