OP, I'm rooting for you as well. The only criticism I have so far is your lack of interest in furthering US/Sweden diplomatic relations.

Keep crushing it and understand that when you give the haters something to hate on, you're basically providing jobs for the needy. Consider it giving back to society.

Red Rock Session Straight after work, not much to say other then it was a snap call cause the board.

Sit down for only about 2 hours today, table was loose and everyone was deep stack.
Pick Up KK MP.

Straddle pretty much every other hand. so raising wasnt uncommon.

I bet out $20 out to get 3 callers.

FLOP Comes ...
9:52::

I bet out 55.. One calls , Asian pushes.
Snap call. (I had Asian Covered by 2$chips total)

Guy stares at the board for a min and slowly calls.

Turns Comes
Q
I obviously throw 2 $ in

River Comes
J

Asian tables Set of 5's..
Im gonna take my next 2 days off work, poker and relax.
Get ready and Mind Set to playing good poker always and not going on tilt.
POKER Is Patience.

I think you could of gotten away and picked another spot because you're not pot committed and I sniffed a set as soon as you said asian shoved over the cbet/call.

They both can't be on a flush draw and you're only 2 outs to beat flopped sets.

I wouldn't call this situation tilt worthy, I would simply note the hand and reload because the lines your Villains are taking are exploitable and you could find value spots when you isolate the nits like the asian dude set mining over there imo

Yea, Well the guy tanked for like 20 seconds then called, i put him on the 9, or 2 overs maybe(he was deep stack). Then Asians push so i assumed he was on (pair)flush. i felt with that board texture it wasnt the worst call, not my favorite one though.

Am thinking about playing in the $250, 150k GTD.

Glad you are starting to take board texture into consideration, because you can't always live in fear an opponent has a set when you have a big over-pair, which is what I was sensing.

However, in this particular spot, you do have to realize that with a bet of $55 and a call, he is very most likely to have any set here, as he's protecting his hand against the same flush draw you are trying to protect against. One V can very likely have a flush draw, but as stated above, you can't be putting two opponents on a flush draw. It happens, but very improbable. Being that the flop went four ways, that heavily diminishes the strength of your hand with this action, even on an action-filled table.

Why are you looking to sit in a 2/5 game with a $2500 bankroll?

I tanked for a good 2-3 mins before i decided too many draws and he could be on a Over pair.
F*ck it i call.
People don't lead strong hands often enough for you to ever be in bad shape here.

Dude, why do you hate playing over pairs? Isn't that the fun part of the low level NL game? Calling a shove with KK vs Top pair/Top kicker is the best feeling in the world

Lmao, the amount of trollers scraping Doritos off there chest on these forums is ******ed.
Theres a reason i dont like playing overs on the 1/2 because every pot is going to be big (people are ******ed in the 1/2)and you can lose your stack in 1 hand if you dont play it right!

Dont get me wrong pre flop when you look at those aces, its great. Then flop comes you bet out and then suffer a re-reraise 3 handed? with a str8 on the board, flush draw. Thats always fun right? when in reality your ahead, the most sensible thing to do is fold.

(Cause if your calling your stack for one pair your an idiot.)

My "shot" At 2/5 is a "1 SHOT" im playing the ole' build up a nice bankroll, take a shot and Building up my bankroll faster, "ONE SHOT NOT STAY". (Feel like i have to describe every sentence now so you guys dont troll.)

P.s. I love how people judge me by ONE Sentence, its like they think i dont like looking down at the bullets? Who doesnt. (Thats a basic answer) Of course.

Why i said it is, when playing 4's, 5's or even 2's. You see the flop, if you hit you got the LOTTO almost 80% of the time, and have no fear of moving forward even with raises unless the FD hits or 4 card str8. If you dont hit muck them b*tchs and wait for another spot.

Go play your play money. Im here to crush this game.

$500 in the RR 2/5 game is like one hand, it can play pretty big. AA is a good hand. Making pairs is hard, so folding the best pair is hard to do. If SPR is low enough then you can just auto-stack off and never really make a mistake.

Yea, most of the time im happy to call off anyone with over pair. Just hate when your 3 handed or more with just an over. 500 is low considering RR max is 1k so i understand your point on that. Might double think about the "shot" and continue with just 1/2.

P.S. 2 grinders while i was waiting to bag my chips told me your a great player and to watch out for you lmao. (about 2-3 days ago)

I think you have room to grow at 1-2/1-3 so before the shot make considerations about if 'beating' the 2-5 at this time could maybe be < smashing some sloppy 1-3.

^i definitely do follow it perhaps to an extreme...at this point probably costing me $ bc it's just so hard to leave the easy $ of 1-2 when my 2-5 hourly has been slightly less.
