Noticed that Judas Priest is playing at whatever the Aladdin Theatre is called now (at PHo). There was a time I would have been all over that show (back in high school, for example) Saw em maybe 10 years ago, and they put on a great show.

One slice @ Pizza Forte
hey man, no real update since 3/13. you still alive?

My trips (and thusly, my TR's) always tend to peter out towards the end there. Sunday night was sober night, mostly, one double vodka to start the show, and no extra-curricular activities to send my mind places. And Sunday's show was off da hook! That Dear Prudence (always a fav, and a frequent cover by other bands I like - Jerry Garcia Band, for example) to close the show/run was tear-inducing (maybe it was from the smoke machine? - Spoiler: there was no smoke machine :-) Anywho, a great show and a great run, one for the records. Post show I just walked back to PHo, passing by the nitrous vendor setup right on Harmon by the Virgin parking garage. I saved my money and bought 0 balloons (Willpower! I has it.) Spent a little time in the casino @ PHo playing craps on the machine before heading up to the room to crash, hard. I was a zombie by this time.

Monday morning, I hit 'Bucks for coffee and Earl for a b'fast sandwich, which was delicous! After showering and packing, I was happy to see my car still had air in all the tires. I noticed gas was a dollar/gallon cheaper on Monday then it was on Friday when I filled up to head home. Chalk that up as a win, I guess? Drive home was uneventful and I was in the door by 2pm.

Speaking of records, my poker returns: -$595 @ Bellagio, +$260 @ Bally's. Miscellaneous craps machine losses: -$100 at the bubble craps (not Press Your Luck) @ PHo, another -$40 at random slots @ Virgin (the only gambling I did there was on Sunday pre-show). I'm not earning many (any!) comps with my low-ball ways, I'm sure.

Just confirmed I should be back in Vegas June 18-26ish (+/- a day either end) for WSOP, and Primus at the Theatre at Virgin Hotel (maybe).

Did you ever make it to the Pinball Hof? Another stop I never miss in Vegas is a trip down to strip mall Chinatown and blow some money on expensive deserts at Sweets Raku

I didn't make it back to the PBHoF, this trip. Didn't get AYCE sushi or Chinatown desserts, either. Lost a day due to hangover, which impacted on the rest of the trip.

Have booked my June trip, which includes Gov't Mule at the Brooklyn Bowl on the 18th and Primus at the Virgin on the 25th, and a ****-ton of poker in between. Prolly do a semi-live TR. No promises.

Meet up game, for sure. I haven't committed to Primus, yet, but I picked up a ticket for Gov't Mule on the 18th. Should be a hoot.
